Projekt ARKAD Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland, operates ARKAD Wallet and is the controller responsible for personal data processed to provide the app.

The v4.0 documents have a publication date of 16 October 2026. The Privacy Policy explains processing and does not require acceptance to establish our responsibilities. The Terms apply to each account on the agreement and transition rules in Section 3; publication does not itself change an existing contract. Main changes in v4.0

  • Company: the documents identify Projekt ARKAD Sp. z o.o. as the Service provider and personal-data controller, with its registration and contact details.
  • Optional bank connections: Premium supports imports through Kontomatik, with three connection slots per ARKAD user account, monthly slot reservations, and daily refresh limits. The documents explain which bank data ARKAD receives and retains and how disconnection works.
  • Free and Premium: the v4.0 Free voice allowance changes from 30 to 10 inputs per calendar month. The overall Aura score stays in Free; Smart insights, the detailed component results and explanations, require Premium. Manual budgeting remains available in Free.
  • Subscriptions and your rights: the Terms describe weekly/yearly Premium billing, store cancellation and refund routes, complaints, withdrawal, and rights when the Service changes.

This overview summarizes the documents. Publishing a privacy notice or updating this website does not itself activate new plan restrictions for an existing contract; applicable agreement, notice and transition rules still apply. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy does not authorize optional analytics, marketing or bank access.
